    Both services are similar, but with ShopRunner members get free 2-day shipping to a more diverse group of retailers like Neiman Marcus, GNC and the NFL Shop. Also ShopRunner members enjoy free return shipping, member-only deals and have access to Express Checkout at select stores.
  • Does ShopRunner actually ship my products?
    ShopRunner does not ship any of your orders. Our partners ship the products fast and free from their warehouses directly to you. If you have any questions or concerns, we can be reached 7 days a week between 8am – 10pm EST at 1.888.721.7467.
  • Where can I shop with my ShopRunner membership?
    We’re always adding new stores to the ShopRunner family. Current partners include member favorites like Neiman Marcus, Cole Haan, and GNC. To see the most up to date list of current retailers, click here.
  • How do I sign into ShopRunner on retailer sites?
    Most of the time you will already be signed into your ShopRunner account as you shop. Anytime you see the ShopRunner logo on a product page, you can click on it and sign in. If you sign in at ShopRunner.com, then you will be automatically signed in on all our other partner stores.

Minimum Purchase Amount

  • Does ShopRunner require a minimum purchase amount in order to qualify for ShopRunner benefits (free 2-day shipping and free return shipping)?
    Some ShopRunner retailers may require a minimum purchase amount for orders on their sites to qualify for ShopRunner benefits. Any ShopRunner retailer that implements minimum purchase amount will be listed below in our FAQs and in the ShopRunner Policies.
  • Which ShopRunner stores require a minimum purchase amount to receive free 2-day shopping and free return shipping?

    The following retailers require you to spend a minimum amount on eligible products in order to receive free 2-day shipping and return shipping eligibility on their site. The minimum purchase amount for each retailer is listed below:

  • Does this affect the price of my membership?
    No, this will not change any other terms of membership. Cardholders who have received a complimentary membership as part of their eligible American Express® Cards, World Mastercard® or World Elite Mastercard® will continue to enjoy ShopRunner benefits.
  • Can I place an order below the minimum purchase amount at a ShopRunner retailer that has this requirement?
    You can still place an order below the minimum purchase amount required to qualify for ShopRunner benefits at a retailer site. You will not receive free ShopRunner 2-day shipping or free ShopRunner returns on any such order, and you will be charged shipping costs at the retailer’s standard rate per the retailer’s shipping policies.
  • Can I combine orders from multiple ShopRunner stores to reach the minimum purchase threshold amount?
    No. Unfortunately the minimum purchase amount is applied separately at any individual applicable retailer’s online store.
  • Will I be notified when and if a store implements a minimum purchase threshold amount on ShopRunner?
    When you shop at the specific store, you will see ShopRunner notifications on the store’s site indicating if the retailer has a minimum purchase amount requirement and what the threshold amount is.

Eligible Items

  • How do I know what items are ShopRunner eligible?
    Items found on ShopRunner.com and the ShopRunner mobile app are almost always eligible. When shopping at our partner sites, look for any item with the ShopRunner logo on the product page. Not all of our retailer’s products are ShopRunner eligible, and on some retailer websites a cart must have a minimum purchase amount in order to be eligible for ShopRunner free 2-day shipping. On those sites the cart must exceed the minimum purchase amount in order for any items to be eligible for ShopRunner shipping.
  • Why is an item not ShopRunner eligible?

    It’s ShopRunner's goal to provide free 2-day shipping on as many items as possible. Some items are not ShopRunner eligible due to reasons such as the product's shape, size or weight.

    Look for the ShopRunner logo next to a product listing to make sure it is eligible. In addition, some ShopRunner retailers require a minimum purchase amount before any items are eligible for free 2-day shipping. Check back often as we’re adding new ShopRunner eligible items daily. See the retailer website for shipping information on any ineligible products.

Shipping & Returns

  • How quickly will my items arrive?

    Please allow two full business days for the order to arrive after it has been processed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, typically in the early morning or afternoon. Our retail partners have different cut off times and we recommend visiting their shipping pages for more information on their exact cut off times.

    Note: If an item is out-of-stock, personalized or customized it may delay delivery time.

  • What are my shipping options with ShopRunner?

    Eligible items will ship so they are delivered free within 2 business days via shipping partners like UPS and FedEx. ShopRunner only ships to physical addresses in the United States, including, in most cases, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Any shipment to a PO Box, APO/FPO/DPO or international address is excluded from the ShopRunner program.

  • How do I track a shipment?

    Tracking a shipment is easy. Sign in to your ShopRunner account, and select track this order.

  • Is return shipping really free?

    Yes, ShopRunner members enjoy free return shipping on all their orders placed with ShopRunner. We take care of the return shipping so you can enjoy the shopping.

    A small number of retailer partners charge a restocking fee on a select group of items. For detailed information, always check the product page before placing an order.

Benefit Terms & Conditions

Enrolling in the Benefit.

To get the free ShopRunner membership benefit compliments of American Express (the "benefit"), you must go to www.shoprunner.com/americanexpress and verify your eligibility for the benefit with an eligible Card account number and then completing the sign up for a ShopRunner membership account ("ShopRunner account"). For details on how the ShopRunner membership works, please see the ShopRunner Terms and Conditions at https://www.shoprunner.com/terms/sr/ which govern the use of your ShopRunner membership benefit.

You may also be able to enroll in this benefit through access provided to ShopRunner at participating online stores or through an email provided by American Express if it has determined that you have an eligible Card.

An "eligible Card" means an American Express U.S. Consumer or Small Business credit or charge Card that is not cancelled and that is issued to you by a U.S. banking subsidiary of American Express. Prepaid cards and products, American Express Corporate Cards and American Express-branded cards or account numbers issued by other financial institutions are not eligible.

ShopRunner will verify with American Express the eligibility of your credit or charge card account number for the benefit.

Maintaining the Benefit.

To maintain this benefit on your ShopRunner account, you must maintain an eligible Card. The benefit may be cancelled on your ShopRunner account if you do not have an eligible Card. You can maintain only one benefit per eligible Card.

During your enrollment in the benefit, ShopRunner and American Express will verify your benefit eligibility.

Treatment of Existing ShopRunner Memberships.

If you enroll in the benefit and sign up with an existing ShopRunner account, ShopRunner will cancel the term of your existing ShopRunner account.

If you paid a fee for any unused portion of the cancelled term of membership, ShopRunner will provide you with a pro rata refund for that portion in accordance with ShopRunner’s refund policy. The refund will be processed within 2-4 weeks after enrollment and will be issued to the payment method you used to pay the fee.

If a portion of the cancelled term of membership was promotional or free, the free period will be cancelled by ShopRunner and forfeited by you. If you currently have a free or promotional membership on your ShopRunner account, you should consider whether to enroll in the benefit at this time.

General Terms.

An eligible Card can be used to verify eligibility for only one benefit enrollment. American Express may receive and use your personal data from ShopRunner, which may include personally identifiable information and credit card information, to determine eligibility and further develop features and services related to the benefit. American Express may send you emails regarding your enrollment in this benefit. Any information American Express collects from you or from ShopRunner shall be governed by the American Express Online Privacy Statement ( https://www.americanexpress.com/privacy ). American Express may change, modify, cancel, revoke, or terminate this benefit at any time.
